We bought the GIGGLE 'N SPLASH RAINBOW ARCH SPRINKLER for our Grandson’s birthday. It does not work at all. Followed instructions but it just falls over. No holes or defects, the product just does not work by design. Complete waste of money. Retailer wouldn’t help as I was past their time frame for return. Contacted Wham O. They only replied because I repeatedly emailed them. Finally heard back from Gene Paraz, Customer Service Team, but Gene just put responsibility back to the retailer. Retailer was MasterMind in Ontario, Canada. Looks like product is out of stock now anyway. I gave it one star (out of five) only because there was no way to leave 0 stars.
